I think you state the position very well. And there are plenty of cases where the woman is scarcely even consenting. This is certainly true of minor girls who, I gather, really _can_ be forced to have an abortion by their parents.<BR/><BR/>I would add only that this doesn't mean that pro-lifers must say, "Every abortion has two victims" or must imply that all women are non-culpable. You make this very clear: There are cold-hearted, hard-hearted women out there who are definitely complicitous in the deaths of their children. But since we can make abortion illegal by prosecuting the doctors who actually perform it, we certainly aren't required by logical consistency also to push for legal penalties for the women who hire them.
