In fact, ESCR advocates picked up only 15 House votes in the November elections. (That's because a bunch of liberal Republicans got beat that support killing embryos just like most Democrats do.) But that hasn't stopped Pelosi and company from insisting they have a mandate to fund the unethical research.
Well, some mandate: A whole 15 votes.
